What you can expect:
Sound Bath
The session will begin with a sound bath led by Janny Sun, using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments.
Let the healing vibrations wash over you in a deeply harmonizing and reflective journey.
Reiki
Feel your energy flow freely and balance your body, offered during the sound bath by Reiki practitioner Brit Poirier. During the session, Brit will move around the room and offer Reiki to participants who choose to receive it.

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing. If you would like to lie down, you may want to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for extra comfort.
