Every day feels the same. You’re craving connection but don’t know where to start. You’ve lost a little bit of yourself along the way. You want to get out and do something, but you’re not sure what. If any of this sounds familiar, this invitation is for you! 
Join us for a FREE Women’s Walk & Connect at Pine Haven Stables! Enjoy fresh air, beautiful trails, time with our horses, and the opportunity to connect with other women.
Facilitated by our resident Social Worker & Psychotherapist, Cecilia Bonnevie, RSW. This isn’t therapy, but rather a welcoming, supportive environment to build connections, feel included, and rediscover what brings you joy. No pressure, no expectations.
